It’s time to put your health first

Your employer is invested in your well-being, choosing HSF Health Plan as a preferred supplier.
You can include your partner and dependent children (living at the same address, dependents under 18) at no additional cost.

Here’s the deal: With this plan, you can easily claim back up to 100% of your health expenses until you reach your limit. Whether it’s routine dental, optical, physio treatments, and more, you can enjoy these benefits without breaking the bank.

All UKEM employees will be automatically enrolled onto Scheme A, which is fully funded by your employer, after completing your probation.

Once you are automatically enrolled, and there’s no waiting time to start claiming. Benefits are coming, but there are some wait times ahead.

For a planned admission to occupy a bed for a day in a hospital or clinic to undergo surgery, treatment or a procedure.

Personal injury

Should the worst happen and you accidentally injure yourself resulting in either a temporary or permanent disability, a payment is made to you to ease the financial burden.

With an Everyday health plan, you can take a proactive approach towards taking control of your family’s physical and mental health.

All UKEM employees will be automatically enrolled onto Scheme A, which is fully funded by your employer, after completing your probation.

You have the option to upgrade from Scheme A at any time that suits you best.

 

The Everyday Health Plan

On this plan, your monthly payment includes a spouse/partner and dependent children under 18. There are pre-existing health restrictions on all benefits with the exception of Dental, Optical, Chiropody & Podiatry.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

 

Interested in upgrading your cover?

Yes, you can do this. Please complete pages 25, 26, and 27 of the application within the brochure and email them to customer@hsf.eu.com. UKEM will deduct the monthly difference from the scheme they are currently paying on your behalf. For example, if you wish to upgrade to Scheme D and UKEM is currently paying for Scheme A, a monthly deduction from your wages will be made.

Can I join before completing my probation?

Yes, you can join before successfully passing your probation; however, you will need to fund this yourself with a monthly payroll deduction from your wages. Please complete pages 25, 26, and 27 of the application in the brochure and email them to customer@hsf.eu.com.

Want to add a partner or children to your plan?

To add your partner or dependent children (under 18 years old) to your policy, please add their details to the application form on pages 25 and 27 of the brochure. You can email this over to customer@hsf.eu.com or post the form to us.
